Fixed lots of redirects.

Found these broken links by running this command:

  checklink --depth 1 https://conservatory.scheme.org/schemers/

Fixed redirects that seemed to point to the same page as the original
link, and ones for which I could find an up-to-date equivalent.
Didn't fix others, including broken links.
