Ikarus Scheme Source Directory

Simplified Contents:
  runtime: Contains the C files making the ikarus executable.  The C
    files implement the GC, initial FASL loader, transport
    guardians, weak pairs, the symbol table, etc.
  src: Contains the Scheme source files for the compiler and the
    rest of the development environment.
