sam 15acde4d28 * Fixed warnings. 
* Renamed newhandler.c into newhandler.cpp.
  * Use the -module flag for plugins so that their name doesn't need to
    start with "lib". This is partly because libtool fucks up when a module
    is called "libgdbm.so" and there is also a lib with this name.
