mainzelm 222f5c5052 Return 'unsupported-message-type if message type is unknown, return 
'unsupported-message-class if message class is unknown.

This makes it possible to parse replies that contain IP6 addresses in
the additional section.

* added new error signal no-nameserver-given
* modified send-receive-message-* functions:
	- better error handling

	- try to contact all nameservers,
	  before error is signaled

- reduce RFC822 to four procedures, 2 for reading header bodies into
  lists of lines, 2 for reading them into concatenated strings
- remove lots of Olinism and bugs from rfc822.scm
- massage dependent code accordingly, clarifying semantics
