- consolidate login procedure into POP3-CONNECT
- logging goes to a port, not a file
- fix error-handling bug in pop3-login
- rename POP3-LOGIN/APOP -> POP3-APOP-LOGIN
- replace POSIX regexp for challenge by SRE
