Rename TRY-INPUT-FIELD-VALUE --> INPUT-FIELD-VALUE and

INPUT-FIELD-VALUE --> RAW-INPUT-FIELD-VALUE simultanously.
Thus, the WITH-FATAL-ERROR-HANDLER wrappers are not needed anymore.
