sperber 50b49a7068 Made arguments to OBTAIN-DOT-LOCK optional and supply sensible 
defaults.
All timings are now in seconds.
Add interface procedure BREAK-DOT-LOCK.
Indicate broken lock by BROKEN return value from OBTAIN-DOT-LOCK.
