Changed OPEN/NONBLOCKING to OPEN/NON-BLOCKING and

SET-RECORD-LOCK-NOBLOCK to SET-RECORD-LOCK-NO-BLOCK.
The former was always documented to be
OPEN/NON-BLOCKING
and the latter isn't exported in any event.
