sam b92e332741 * Renamed stab-unix.c to stab-vanilla.c. 
* Implemented string parsing in stab-vanilla.c, so that libelf is no
    longer required.

sam af14b9bc14 * Renamed load-dl.c into loadlib.c. 
* Removed support for bizarre dynamic linkers, will re-add them later.
  * Removed support for object linking with ld.
